First Day,

Same with my first field trip we, first we gather at campus to check our attendant list. At this field trip we will stay in Pare-Pare for 1 night.

First we go to the Best Western hotel Makassar to do hotel tour and practice the table manner. The first thing that i think about table manner is must be difficult for me to do the table manner, but before we practice the table manner the important people of the Best Western hotel is welcome us and give us litle intruction.

First we are do the hotel tour, in this hotel i got more knowledge about hotel like the types of the hotel room like suit room, deluxe room and superior room. Suit room is the best and most expensive room in the Best Western hotel, the facilities of this room is complete not like the other room, but the other room is not lose with the suit room just different from the facilities.

After the hotel tour we are start to practice the table manner

The menu of the table manner is :

This the first menu its "Avocado Shrimp Cocktail" as the appatizers, just like the name this food is combine avocado and a shrimp.

This the second menu its "Cream Soup", this soup taste like a corn, also in this soup there are some tiny slice of chicken, this menu also include to the appatizers menu.

And this the third menu its the main course this menu name is "Beef Steak" with the mushrom sauce, blackpepper sauce and barbecue sauce.

And the last menu is dessert

The first picture is "Pudding Mousse" and the second picture is "Fresh Slice Fruit"

After the table manner is done we are continue the trip to the our main goal its to Pare-Pare City especially to the Hotel but before we go to the hotel first we are dinner first at Paputo Beach

After dinner we going to Delima Sari Hotel, after we check in at the hotel and get some rest then we gathered at meeting room for review the material.

Second Day,

At the second day we will going to the sea port of Pare-Pare City

After we do some observations and got informations at the sea port we going to the True Love Monument Habibie & Ainun

And then we back to the hotel to breakfast, after we breakfast we prepare our luggage and prepare go to the Mr. BJ, Habibie house when he was a kid.

The government will make this house a museum next year. After this we are going to the Carlos

There we buy some keepshake of Pare-Pare City and traditional food of Pare-Pare its called Mantao Bread. And then we went to Teras Empang for lunch but for the man is going to jumat pray first and the woman is take a lunch.

And after we from Teras Empang we are back to our beloved campus at 13.50 and while we are on the way to campus our vendor presentative his name is Mr.Akmal he is a tour guide, and he share his experience as a tour guide. From his story i got lot of knowledge how to be a tour guide. And time by time we are arrived at our campus at 17.25. And i said thanks to our driver his name is Mr.Amran he drove us to the Pare-Pare city and back to Makassar with safetly.

TO MAROS AND PANGKEP REGENCY

Assalamualaikkum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

Hello,my name is Luthfi Fathur Rachman but my friend usually call me Fathur. I am from Tour & Travel Business Study Program of Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. On 24th and 25th October 2019. Our program study held a local culture  diversity field trip to Maros and Pangkep Regency. Therefore i will share my activities during the trip.

Polytechnic Tourism of Makassar

Day 1, Maros Regency

This is my first tour on my collage, on the first day were going to Maros especially to Rammang-Rammang. We gathered at campus at 07.30 and then we were absence by our tour leader and get information and some instruction from advisor then we pray before we leaving (08.06).

During on the way to Rammang-Rammang we were give a important task to be a tour guide and gave some general information from Indonesia and main material. My main material is
"System Knowledge of Makassar City" and im quite nervous because this is my first time to be tour guide but is was quite fun.

And not feel we were enter the Maros regency at 09.00 and still need around 30 minutes to Rammang-Rammang first dock.

From the dock we use the boat, its bugisnesse boat called "JOLLORO". By boat were going to Berua village and visit 3 attraction in Berua village. The price of boat :

1. 1-4 people    = Rp.100.000
2. 1-7 people    = Rp.250.000
3. 1-10 people  = Rp.300.000
4. For peole want to covering and taking pre-wedding photos and videos is Rp.350.000

To go to The Berua Village we pass The Pute River and during the journey to get there we passed many magroves and nipah tree. To get there we need about 20-25 minutes.

And there is one slogan that i like, that is "Trees are friends, Not toys" that shows that the people there still care about trees. Then finally we arrived to our main goal "Berua Village" at 09.50. The price of ticket to enter the village is Rp.5000 for domestic visitors and Rp.10.000 for foreign visitors.

The first attraction my group visit is Diamond Cave, the price to enter the cave Rp.5000 to see the diamond you must through small hole so not everyone can pass that small hole like a person with big body hehehe.... why im said like that because when im in the cave there is a tourist from Holland want see the diamond but he cant through that hole because he's have big body :v.

And the second attraction is KingKong Cave, why the name is KingKong Cave? because there a stone like KingKong face.

Next attraction is Stone Hills or local society call Padang Ammarung in here we can see expanse of stone and from Padang Ammarung we see all of the village and also see a beautifull view. Ammarung in bahasa is "Bunyi", its mean "Sound". Why called like that? because when the water out from water springs can make a roar.

And we back to Makassar especially to our beloved campus, back to the first dock we used the jolloro again and after we arrived at dock we take a picture together and then back to campus and arrived at 18.25. and absolutely we had to prepare ourself for tomorrow. So if u visit Rammang-Rammang im sure u will enjoy it and not boring because there its so beautifull.




Day 2, Pangkep Regency

On the second day we gathered more fastly than yesterday, we gathered at campus at 06.30 and do the same activity like yesterday our tour leader and advisor give us information and instruction and we pray and take a picture together then we leaving at 07.00. The first place we will visited in Pangkep is blacksmith.

We arrived at blacksmith at 09.10, in there we can see the proccess how to make a weapon in Pangkep that weapon called parang and badik and them also make crowbar.

And the second place we visit is Traditional Market from the sellers statement the market was established around 20 year ago, and the material sold there is partly bought from other island in Pangkep.

Before we go to the last place we want visit, we the boy is friday praying for muslim and after that we lunch at Sinar 88 restaurant.

And after we lunch we visited the last place its BATARI in Bahasa Bandeng Tanpa Duri, its mean "Milkfish without thorns" we arrived there at 14.00. In there the owner let we to do the proccess to pulled out the thorns from the fish and the owner give us motivation how to be a businessman.

We back to campus at 16.00 but we stop at Al-Markas mosque to pray ashar and then continue the journey to campus and we arrived at 17.10. When we arrived in campus we get dinner before we go back to our home sweet home :v and of course thank you to the our professional driver who drove us their name is Mr.Amran (day 1) and Mr.Ciwang (day 2)

Well guys thats my story during the trip and it so fun, but the important thing is i got a lot of knowledge and experience. I this blog can provide benefits for all of us.
